Return eligibility
For domestic orders only, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery for full-price items. Items must be unused, with original packaging, dust bag, and all tags attached.
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns. International orders are final sale, with no returns or exchanges.
How to start a return
Email contact@cuceaboutique.com with your order number to start the return process and obtain return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping costs. Use a protective outer shipping box; do not use the original product packaging as the shipping box. Insure your return shipment. We cannot replace return shipments lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Contact us with your order number if you have a question about your refund.
