Returns & Exchanges
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We stand behind our quality with thorough pre-shipment checks. For domestic orders only, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery under these conditions:
Eligibility: Full-price items only (excludes sale/promotional items).
Condition: Items must be unused with original packaging, dust bag, and all tags attached.
Process: Initiate by emailing contact@cuceaboutique.com with your order number.
Shipping: Customer covers return shipping costs.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Important Limitations:
